• First point of contact for between business unit (BU) and divisions
• Manages platforms and customer projects from innovation phase until end of production (EoP)
• Interfaces between Business Unit (BU) and Material Field Purchasing (PDxy) for strategic and operative topics
• In charge of change management for purchased parts and technical cost saving projects (RPP = Ratio Project
Planning)
• Leading the project within internal cross functional team and supplier to achieve project goals (cost, quality, delivery,
deadlines, budget and capacity)
• Participates in Simultaneous Engineering (SE) team, coordinates SE work with the suppliers
• Monitor and follow up project status, also report to management review meeting
• Project time planning, organize regular project meeting and documentation of the project management
• Drive and organize each milestone of a project follow the project management standard
• Technical discussion with supplier enabling for new part release which is under supporting from Quality, Engineer.
• Support to do problem solving during parts release phase
• Bachelor or above in the direction of mechanical engineering, industrial engineer or comparable degree course
• Basic purchasing or/and manufacturing or/and project management knowledge
• Able to read and understand drawing, technical specification, has certain machining process knowledge and
experience
• Good willingness and ability in communication and collaboration
• Good English and Chinese in reading, writing, and speaking
