About the Role

执行中国区制定的装修及办公家具配置的标准，控制预算，完成分公司办公地点的装修及家具采购，符合公司的政策规定，满足公司业务发展的需要。

工作职责：

根据公司业务发展的需要，完成新址办公室进行绘图、设计、装修、现场工期管理；

完成对现有的办公室局部装修改造进行绘图、设计、装修、现场工期管理；采购所需办公家具符合中国区制定的标准；控制装修及采购家具的费用符合预算要求；维护维修办公室的设备设施、办公家具；按中国区的标准完成办公室监控设备、AV设备的维护维修；对供应商的管理及费用结算；为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。

岗位要求：

大学本科毕业，5年以上工作经验，土木工程、建筑设计专业；项目相关的资格证书；较好地英语听说读写能力；较好地沟通技巧；熟练地使用常用的计算机软件及CAD绘图软件；对数字敏感；工作细心、有效率、有责任心、具备主观能动性及抗压能力；具有团队合作精神及学习精神。
