About the Role
1. 带领业务团队执行分公司的各项业务方针与策略2. 带领业务团队充分协作完成分公司分配的各项KPI指标
3. 规划适合业务团队的业务活动并带领共同执行及进行评估
4. 协调外勤与维护业务团队与分公司其它相关部门的业务关系
5. 管理、督促营销员,符合公司各项管理规定,并辅导其成长和发展
1. 执行、跟进业务推动和人力发展的方案的实施,达成营销服务部各项指标:
a) 根据公司的业务发展计划,协调推动各类业务发展项目,例如业务竞赛、增员项目等,确保其有效实施;
b) 组织各类营销员活动,如事业说明会、产品说明会等,推动公司产能的提升和人力发展;
c) 组织各种会议,如通过早会、夕会,协助组织业务主管会议,日常、年度等相关策划会等,向保险营销员传递公司信息,交流业务经验,协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持;
d) 激励和辅导营销员:通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求,激励其提升产能;
e) 编辑、更新、制作营销服务部海报、宣传栏信息,进行职场布置以及相关设施维护,塑造良好的职场文化。
2. 处理日常事务,确保营销服务部正常运作:
a) 通过会议或个人面谈收集保险营销员的意见和建议;
b) 跟进、处理营销员的纠纷、特批申请、申诉、纪律;
c) 跟进营销员和业务主管的资格考试、合约考核和终止;
d)安排、处理营销服务部日常事务。
3. 业务品质管理:
a) 向营销员强调用正确的方式开展业务的重要性;
b)激励营销员在完成销售目标的同时,维护职业道德准则。
岗位要求:
a) 本科或以上学历
b) 5年以上相关工作经验
c) 系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识
d) 强大的领导力
e) 基础业务培训及资源管理技能
f) 优秀的分析和决策能力
g) 卓越的沟通和演讲技巧
h) 扎实的项目管理技巧
