About the Role
负责分支机构业务战略的规划、制定与落地执行，通过市场分析、资源整合及项目推动，确保业务目标的达成；协助分支机构负责人优化业务结构，提升市场份额及经营效率。核心职责
1. 战略规划与分解
- 根据总公司整体战略目标，结合分支机构所在区域市场特点，制定本地化业务发展规划及年度/季度经营计划。
- 分解总公司KPI指标，拟定分支机构业务推动方案并监督执行。
2. 市场分析与策略制定
- 调研区域市场环境（客户需求、竞品动态、政策法规等），形成分析报告并提出针对性策略建议。
- 挖掘业务增长点（如健康险、养老产品等新兴领域），设计差异化竞争策略。
3. 目标管理与业务推动
- 协助制定分支机构保费收入、人力发展、渠道拓展等核心业务目标。
- 策划业务推动活动（如开门红、季度冲刺、产品专项活动等），跟踪执行效果并提出优化建议。
4. 项目管理与资源协调
- 统筹跨部门协作（如营销、培训、运营），推动重点项目（如数字化转型、客户经营体系搭建）落地。
- 协调内外部资源（如总公司支持、渠道合作方），提升业务执行效率。
5. 数据监测与经营分析
- 建立业务数据监控体系，定期输出经营分析报告，预警潜在风险并提出改善措施。
- 利用大数据工具（如CRM系统）分析客户行为，支持精准营销策略制定。
6. 会议与报告支持
- 撰写分支机构经营汇报材料（如月度经营分析会、总公司汇报等）。
- 参与总公司战略研讨会议，反馈分支机构需求及执行难点。
任职要求
1. 学历与专业
- 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、经济、市场营销、管理学等相关专业优先。
2. 工作经验
- 3年以上寿险行人力发展业经验，1年以上战略企划、业务管理或市场分析相关岗位经验。
- 熟悉寿险产品、销售渠道（个险/银保/经代）及行业监管政策。
3. 核心能力
- 数据分析能力：熟练使用Excel、PPT，掌握SQL/Python者优先；
- 市场洞察力：能独立完成市场调研及竞争策略设计；
- 沟通协调能力：擅长跨部门协作，具备项目管理经验；
- 报告撰写能力：逻辑清晰，能输出高质量战略规划文档。
