About the Role

负责所属机构的WMC整体规划与推动，组织开展相关项目与活动，落实阶段式培训赋能体系，聚焦渠道财富管理痛点问题，提供针对性解决方案，着力深化落实财富中心共建合作

岗位职责：

岗位要求：

本科毕业，10-15年银行工作经验，至少5年私行经验或者财富管理经验；丰富的财富管理和保险经验。有与财富管理转型相关的业务发展经验者优先；良好的中文和英文口语能力；良好的沟通和人际交往能力；自我激励，能够在压力下工作；出色的演讲技巧；充满活力和热情，能够致力于实现业务增长这一目标。
