About the Role

对团险业务进行定期数据分析，按时完成数据报表编制，并基于业务经营情况提供风险控制建议；对团险业务进行合理的风险评估及定价。

岗位职责：

1. 团险数据分析体系建设：完善团险业务经营数据指标体系，编制不同分析维度、视角的数据报表；2. 团险业务核心指标监控：根据部门业务计划，对业务利润、成本、赔付率等核心指标进行定期监控，及时提出业务发展方向、风险改善建议；3. 各类业务数据建模及模型优化，系统数据功能完善；4. 根据核保规则、操作手册及流程，对团险业务进行风险评估及定价 ；5. 根据工作需要与分公司、总公司各相关部门/职能模块进行沟通、协调，确保各项工作的顺利开展；6. 完成主管交办的其他工作或项目。

任职要求：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，保险、精算、数学、统计专业优先；2. 3年以上保险行业工作经验，至少1-2年团险核保或定价相关工作经验；3. 有较强的逻辑思维能力，执行能力强，工作严谨细致且具有良好的沟通能力；4. 客户导向，具备良好的团队合作精神，主动的问题发现及解决能力；5. 具备数据处理和统计分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL、VBA等工具；6. 具有精算相关专业背景，通过2门（含）以上北美精算师或其他同等精算机构相应级别考试优先，英语口语及读写能力良好。
