About the Role

负责团险新单、保全、续期业务管理体系及流程的建立及梳理，管控全国团险新单、保全、续期业务质量，提升客户满意度。

岗位职责： 1、新单、保全、续期业务管理体系与流程的建立与梳理 （1）制定团险新单、保全、续期业务管理规则及运作流程 （2）对于团险新单、保全、续期管理规则及流程进行定期回顾、分析及梳理 2、团体保险新单、保全、续期业务质量的标准设定及监管 （1）各项新单、保全、续期业务流程操作的质量标准设定 （2）定期制作新单、保全、续期管理报告，对于分公司保全工作质量进行监管与分析 （3）分析、落地监管、行协、内外审计针对新单、保全、续期的各项规定、报告 3、应收保费的管理与追踪 4、负责与分公司之间的沟通及协调，解答分公司各类咨询 5、提供分公司新单、保全、续期人员的培训及指导 6、中国区团险营运项目的开发与支持 任职要求： 1、大学本科或以上学历 2、8年以上相关工作经验，其中3年以上全国团险新单、保全、续期业务管理经验3、具备人员培训及管理技能 4、熟练使用MS-Office软件 5、流利的书面及口头沟通能力 6、客户导向，有较强的团队协作及沟通协调能力 7、良好的解决问题及决策能力
