About the Role

主要职责：

政策规则落地反馈

• 根据政策规则落地情况，分析反馈理赔实务操作问题，为团队主管提供建议支持 照会解释与跟进

• 根据理赔作业团队下发的问题件，负责范围内的照会解释，并跟进处理

• 如有需要，协调中支公司运营综合支持人员协助当地相关照会解释与跟进工作

复议申请处理

• 负责处理客户存疑理赔案件复议申请，并向作业中心提供相关解释说明，配合作业中心进行理赔复议案件处理

理赔协谈

• 制定协谈方案，对理赔结果提供专业性的理赔沟通解释

• 投诉/诉讼案件的跟进处理

理赔调查案件跟进

• 负责理赔调查案件费用结算，并向分公司运营企划岗反馈调查外包商服务质量情况 营销员答疑培训支持提供

• 提供营销员理赔问题的日常答疑 • 理赔专家在线提供远程支持

• 负责营销员理赔业务知识培训课程材料撰写，以及营销员理赔业务知识常规培训，及时反馈培训效果与改进建议

其他

• 理赔支持报表的制作及理赔时效的追踪、理赔数据汇总及分析工作

• 其他反洗钱相关工作。

任职基本要求：

1. 统招全日制大学本科及以上学历；

2. 医学、法律相关专业；

3. 5年以上理赔审核及协谈相关工作经验；

4. 熟练使用办公软件；

5. 学习能力强、能吃苦耐劳；

6. 良好的团队合作意识与沟通协调能力，有较强的敬业精神和责任心。
