About the Role

岗位职责

根据公司战略要求，协助制定人才发展规划，推动增员、留存及绩效提升方案

协助制定关键岗位胜任力模型，推动人才评估与职业发展路径落地

参与渠道人才梯队建设，设计新人培养计划、骨干员工进阶计划及管理层领导力提升方案

推动落实讲师和渠道支持团队分层培养规划机制

结合业务销售节奏，以培养和发展为目标，为BDD/BDM提供专业技能培训课程，打造高绩效团队

任职要求

大学本科以上学历

3年以上保险或银行工作经验，有培训、高净值客户保险营销或管理相关经验优先考虑

沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳
