About the Role
高级专员，营销企划工作职责:
1. 通过日常推动保险业务发展,以达成公司业务KPI指标；
2. 配合主管完成公司营销员渠道的各类业务奖励竞赛及业务推动活动：
1) 开展各类大型活动（年度杰出荣誉颁奖典礼、业务启动大会、主管策划会等）；
2) 推动各类业务竞赛进行（推动各类业务竞赛）；
3) 组织、举办产品及各类主题的客户说明会；
4) 制作各类营销员渠道推动竞赛奖品及发放；
5) 及时制作荣誉体系奖品并发放；
6) 对业务活动以及竞赛奖励进行数据追踪，收集一线内外勤反馈及建议，在后续加以改进；
3. 有效控制成本，管理各类活动竞赛预算，确保各类业务活动举办控制在预算内，并完成各类预算及费用统计报告；
任职要求:
1. 全日制统招本科或以上学历，市场营销、广告专业优先，3年及以上相关经验（寿险行业活动策划经验优先）
2. 诚实正直，守时，责任心强，有较强的学习力，组织力，规划力和影响力
3. 具有创新思维，优秀的活动组织、现场掌握能力，解决问题、决断能力，良好的沟通及表达能力
4. 具有一定的主持经验，具有一定的业务推动能力
5. 熟练掌握Powerpoint、Excel、视频剪辑、图片编辑能力
