About the Role

Position: 高级专员,营销员渠道业务发展岗

岗位职责:

1. 业务推动和人力发展

•   根据部门的业务发展计划,协调推动各类业务发展项目,例如业务竞赛、增员项目等,确保其有效实施;

•   组织各类营销员活动,如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等,协助营管处负责人推动公司产能的提升和人力发展;

•   会议经营:通过早会、夕会,组织业务主管会议,日常、年度等相关策划会等,向保险营销员传递公司信息,交流业务经验,协助营销员制订展业计划并提供支持;

•   人员激励和辅导:通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求,激励其提升产能;

•   编辑、更新、制作分公司海报、宣传栏信息,进行职场布置以及相关设施维护,塑造良好的职场文化。

2.   协作内外勤日常事务处理:

•   通过会议或个人面谈收集保险营销员的意见和建议;

•   跟进、处理营销员的纠纷、特批申请、申诉、纪律/营运咨询和查询;

•   跟进营销员和业务主管的合约考核和终止;

•   安排、处理分公司日常事务,并及时解答营销员有关规章制度方面的疑问;

•   协助分公司部经理开展晋升、考核追踪工作;

•   营销员销售品质监督和异常业务行为管理;

•   协助分公司业务行政部做好营销员入、离职手续工作;

•   完成领导布置的其他工作任务。

岗位要求:

本科或以上学历

5年以上相关工作经验

系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识

强大的领导力

基础业务培训及资源管理技能

优秀的分析和决策能力

卓越的沟通和演讲技巧

扎实的项目管理技巧
