About the Role

根据公司营销策略和部门工作重点，协助营销员渠道NPC层级（绩优）课程的规划、研发、实施、督导与维护。

岗位职责：1.负责项目体系之执行，根据项目目标，规划培训体系，开发、引进、修缮、更新全国统一课程，指导、支援地区需求课程；2.负责制作标准化操作课件、手册及其他资料；3.负责全国统一课程的全国种子讲师培训；4.统筹、支持各地区全国统一课程的示范班、首发班；5.根据监管要求，统筹并指导相关课程的研发与执行；6.与相关分支机构的培训主管及培训部负责绩优培训同事沟通协调以确保项目顺利执行；7.监控项目在各分支机构的执行及质量；8.协助业务培训体系的全面实施推进；9.完成部门主管和Team Leader交办的其它工作。任职要求：1.大学本科以上，金融、教育、管理专业优先；2.5年以上行业工作经验，3年以上培训管理经验 ；3.良好的综合分析、策划能力、沟通及平衡能力 ，同时具备项目思维；4.面对保险营销不断变化的市场状况，具备随机应变的能力 ；5.具备项目管理的推动、辅导、执行、追踪能力；6.较强的文字、语言驾驭能力 ，熟练使用office办公软件。
