About the Role

负责协助团队负责人，全面参与公司各渠道销售费用（VEA）的管理，包括渠道年度预算编制、滚动预测、VEA预算事项审核、月度报告编制和分析，以及预算管理相关的制度建设等工作。

工作职责：

1）年度预算编制与年中费用滚动预测

协助编制渠道销售费用年度预算，包括与渠道沟通了解业务逻辑和收集底层需求、分析预算合理性、与管理层沟通并确定最终预算结果； 执行定期费用滚动预测，分析预测的合理性并进行后续追踪汇报。

2）渠道费用预算管理及分析

审核总公司渠道管理部和分公司一定金额以上的销售费用预算申请方案； 分析渠道过往的销售费用使用效率，并对后续的费用投入方向和方式提供指导意见； 协助渠道“报行合一”相关工作框架的建设、完善、追踪和汇报。

3）公司费用相关制度维护建设

协助进行费用相关制度的年度审阅，并进行必要的制度更新；

对外解读制度，协助制度与费控系统的应用对接维护。

任职要求：

本科及以上学历，偏好但不限于主修财经相关专业；

至少7年财务管理或预算管理相关经验，有寿险公司销售渠道或预算管理相关经验者优先；

有扎实的数据处理能力和问题分析能力，善于从数据中发现问题和规律；

流畅高效的沟通表达能力，可用英文作为工作语言者优先；

有良好的抗压能力，能够在各种不确定的内外压力下保持情绪稳定，并保持持续饱满的工作动力；

熟练掌握各种财务系统和办公软件，包括SAP、微软Office等，有BI软件使用经验者优先。
