About the Role

工作职责：

承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使，参与营销员销售流程支持；善于对产品、服务、典型销售案例，结合市场热点进行梳理、总结、推动；对经济环境、金融工具组合有一定了解，具备课件开发、授课能力，以及较好的人际理解与影响力；主管交代的其他工作

任职要求：

统招本科及以上学历，数学及统计类专业等相关专业优先；8年以上寿险行业相关工作经验或金融行业前线经验优先；具有业务前线思维，全面了解业务发展部组织架构和保险的业务环境优先；具有良好的业务管理的决策，对公司业务管理政策的高敏感性。
