About the Role

负责中国区团险IVS业务规划的策划和落地实施；
负责中国区团险IVS业务的业绩督导。

岗位职责：

1. 参与制定IVS职域营销整体计规划和目标，编制IVS职域营销活动计划，确保职域营销活动目标的达成；2. 负责按照职域营销计划，进行活动策划、供应商引入和管理等，确保职域营销活动整理流程的质量；3. 负责前往分公司指导当地具体职域营销活动的实施，追踪活动效果；4. 负责职域营销活动需求的收集和分析，进行活动迭代；5. 部门交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1. 大学本科或以上学历；2. 5年以上个险或IVS（BBC）相关工作经验 ， 具备市场营销经验，尤其在个险领域有实践经验，如有团险营销相关工作经历更佳；3. 客户导向，具备极强的沟通能力、 快速解决问题及决策能力、数据分析能力 ；4. 具有较强的责任心和工作主动性及团队合作精神。
