About the Role

1、按照营销员渠道的推动特点和节奏,设计全国营销员渠道团险推动方案并实施
2、在业务推动过程中,可以敏锐地发现问题,及时调整,同时带领和督导分公司达成推动目标

岗位职责:1、负责根据营销员渠道业务拓展和产品推广计划,编制中国区推动方案,跟踪实施结果;2、负责分公司团险营销员渠道各类业务相关需求的收集和分析,向上级主管提出业务需求及分析结果;3、负责对分公司团险营销员渠道的新保业务进度以及内勤员工日常工作职责评定及活动量进行督导;4、负责对分公司团险营销员渠道的续保业务制定跟踪计划并进行追踪督导;5、负责中国区团险营销员渠道各类竞赛设计、推动工作和荣誉体系建设工作;6、负责各级团险业务报表的汇总、更新和发送工作;7、负责团险营销员渠道合规性工作的落实和督导;8、上级领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求:1、本科及以上学历,10年以上保险相关工作经验,熟悉营销员渠道业务模式;2、强烈的业务敏感度和目标渴求度,客户导向;3、具备极强的沟通能力,快速解决问题及决策能力;4、具有较强的责任心、工作主动性、团队合作精神及客户服务意识。
