About the Role
该岗位根据总公司团险发展大中型定制业务的战略规划,协助落实全国营销员渠道团险大中型业务高速发展的整体发展规划和具体举措,协助统筹总分重点客户专家团队、业务推动团队及团险前中后台各团队,实施重点客户的业务开拓、客户维护和客户服务等,并提供强有力的业务指导和技术支持,确保达成全国团险营销员渠道大中型业务发展指标。岗位职责:
1、协助营销员渠道重点客户发展主管对全国各机构营销员渠道团险重点客户(以下简称“重客”)的开拓和维护进行业务指导和技术支持;
2、负责对接团险营运、团险核保团队,协调满足重客的服务需求,确保新单和续保业务的顺利落地;
3、跟踪实施重客业务的各项追踪计划,包括但不限于新单推进、续保推进、失效重客挽回等,并督促、配合营销员和相关团队予以执行,确保计划按时有效完成;
4、协助定期对分公司重客专家、市场企划等岗位同事进行团险专业技术方面的培训工作,包括但不限于制定培训计划、按计划开展对分公司营销员团险、市场、营运服务支持等团队的专业技术培训,编写课件并授课等,从而提升分公司团险定制业务能力;
5、上级主管指定的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,保险、金融或财经等相关专业背景;
2、熟悉团险产品和市场情况,熟练掌握销售管理流程设计和管控,具备良好的售后服务能力;
3、8年及以上团险客户经理或有运营经验的团险销售/客户经理工作经验,个人背景和专业能力优秀者,可放宽条件;
4、有较强的适应性,学习能力、执行能力强,具有较强的责任心与业务敏锐度,良好的协调组织能力和团队合作精神;
5、良好的自我修养和职业道德,较强的亲和力和语言表达能力,整洁大方的仪表和自我约束力等。
