About the Role

配合公司新五年战略和运营数智转型,不断创新面向公司各销售渠道的服务模式,推动升级渠服综合能力,加快渠道服务价值化转型,打造卓越服务效能和品质。

Roles and Responsibilities:

密切关注公司业务动态,结合营销员业务旅程,识别关键赋能环节,评估产出和落实渠道服务解决方案根据公司销售人员分层策略,优化面向不同人群的差异化服务模式,引领和开拓创新服务举措,加快服务价值化转型构建标准化统一化新机构渠道服务模式,对新机构开展培训指导,快速支持公司地域扩张协助管理渠道服务KPI,定期监控和检视指标结果。对于未达标的指标,洞察指标背后的业务原因,提出改进方案并推动落实对接分公司渠道服务的日常管理,构建和分公司的高效沟通机制,完善分公司交流分享平台,多措并举推动解决分公司日常工作中的痛点和问题协助产出业务规划、业务分析、阶段性总结等工作报告

Job Requirements

大学本科及以上学历;  保险、金融等相关专业,8年以上保险行业经验; 熟悉寿险运营模式和业务流程,具有保险运营经验者优先考虑;  思维开阔敏捷,自驱力强,能够快速学习新事物,独当一面开展工作,面对挑战勇于突破;具备较强的沟通能力、规划能力、组织能力、跨界力、和创新力; 擅长撰写PPT类汇报材料,熟练使用Office工具。
