About the Role
有效管理分公司理赔部门并确保理赔业务的顺利进行。岗位职责:
理赔业务的管理(70%)
管理分公司理赔部,确保理赔各项指标达成并做好风险管控
负责理赔部整体工作质量把控及关键业务指标的达成 配合总公司做好理赔风险管控 为团队成员提供专业指导及支持 为了满足业务需求,其他主管分配的临时性任务
部门管理及跨部门沟通(30%)
管理理赔部门和涉及理赔业务的其他部门的工作要求
负责理赔人员培养及员工考评和招聘 定期回顾,研究理赔业务情况,以满足内外部审计要求和监管要求
对销售渠道进行理赔业务培训
岗位要求:
大学本科及以上学历 医学、法律背景者优先具有5年以上人寿保险相关工作经验出色的管理技巧具备丰富的理赔风险管控及分析经验熟练掌握中英文表达及沟通技巧在新技术快速发展时期,具有充分的前瞻性Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
