About the Role

天津分公司业务发展规划的执行者和反馈者

1、岗位职责

策略规划:

协助机构负责人分解和落实业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标。

业绩推动:

指导各类营销员活动,如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等,推动业务发展;协助家族主管会的举办,给予业务主管建议和意见,协助其提升管理能力;指导主管商业计划的制定并提出改善方案;通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求,协助其提升产能;督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动,如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等,确保其有效实施。

日常工作:

营管处晨会的经营与管理;公司信息的传达与宣导;协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系,处理日常行政事务;指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议和投诉;辅导下属员工提升个人业务能力

营销员业务品质和销售行为管理

在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为

为了满足业务需求,完成其他主管分配的临时性任务

2、岗位要求

本科或以上学历5年以上相关工作经验系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识强大的领导力基础业务培训及资源管理技能优秀的分析和决策能力卓越的沟通和演讲技巧扎实的项目管理技巧
