About the Role

该岗位负责根据公司营销策略和部门工作重点,对营销员渠道进行培训资源规划和发展;重点承担内勤讲师和荣誉讲师制度建立和发展、营销员合规培训。

岗位职责:1、根据营销业务策略进行培训资源整体规划,建立制度、设定KPI,包含制度执行;2、根据项目目标,规划、设计并管理内勤讲师和荣誉讲师发展课程体系根据监管与集团、公司要求完成每年营销员合规培训相关工作;3、课程管理与支持:进行开发、引进、修缮、更新全国统一课程,指导、支援地区需求课程;负责制作标准化操作课件、手册及其他资料;负责全国统一课程的全国种子讲师培训;统筹、支持各地区全国统一课程的示范班、首发班;4、建立培训优秀经验分享平台;5、与相关分支机构营销员渠道业务发展总监及培训部沟通协调以确保项目顺利执行;6、监控项目在各分支机构的执行及质量;7、协助业务培训体系的全面实施推进;8、完成部门主管交办的其它工作。

任职要求:1、大学本科及以上,金融、教育、管理专业优先; 2、8年以上行业工作经验,5年以上培训管理经验或营销员渠道团队管理经验; 3、综合的分析、策划能力强,同时具备系统思维; 4、具备较强的沟通协调能力及平衡能力; 5、面对保险营销不断变化的市场状况,要求具备随机应变的能力; 6、具备较强的项目管理推动力度(对外)、辅导能力(对内); 7、扎实的语言及文案运用能力。
