About the Role

 参与运营项目组合管理，包括创新项目孵化、运营项目组合规划、项目组合支持及协调、绩效管理等。
 作为PM完成部门内部项目实施，推动项目目标的实现

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 集团工作对接及本地化战略支持：（10%）

Initiative相关工作要求的解读，并推进本地化落地方案；SI项目规划

2. 创新机制落地推动：（15%）

协调内外部资源推进创新场景试点应用；CHO及BU的创新需求，包括创新交流平台建设、定期创新报告发布、行业数据分析及洞察等。

3. 运营企划部承接项目的项目经理（35%）

PM对项目进行规划，完成项目设计并负责实施；

4. 运营代理人风险平台管理（25%）

Owner进行日常管理，包括风险识别、风险分析、协调BU进行action plan制定及跟进等工作；

5. 运营部门工作支持（15%）

Minimum Job Requirements:

大学本科或以上6年以上保险总公司或咨询行业经验，2年以上保险类项目实施经验，有项目经理/产品经理工作经验者优先；熟悉保险行业发展动态，具备足够的行业知识，有较强的市场洞见能力及创新思维；了解运营流程，具有较强的学习能力，具有一定规划及业务分析能力，能够对项目组合进行有效分析、排序，并提供项目支持；具备良好的沟通协调能力，耐心与细致的工作态度，并具备独立解决问题的能力及较强的抗压能力；熟练使用Office各项工具，特别是PPT及Excel能力突出；流利通畅的中英文交流能力；具备PMP资格者优先
