About the Role

• 高净值价值主张整体规划与统筹
• 高净值价值主张项目策划与实施

主要职责：

根据公司战略要求，结合高净值客户分层经营，负责客群调研与需求洞察；(25%)根据公司战略要求，结合差异化高净值生态圈，负责「高净值2.0战略」的整体规划与方向实施；(25%)联动公司业务节奏，融合客户驱动需求，负责「高净值价值主张」的全景策划与统筹设定；(20%)围绕高净值业务部核心价值与目标，联动所需资源及业务场景，负责「高净值创新项目」的策划与实施，深化差异化价值主张的业务赋能；(20%)高净值业务部其他相关支持工作(10%)

技能、知识要求：

本科及以上学历，并具备5-8年以上的战略咨询或项目管理经验具备扎实的战略规划与执行能力，擅于整合资源并融合业务重点筹划部门业务方向侧重及价值主张赋能，有金融行业相关经验者优先熟练掌握Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint能力突出具备杰出的演讲能力、沟通能力及人际交往能力具备良好的中英文双语书写能力，及一定的英语口语能力乐观热情、主观能动性强，认真负责完成重大项目以实现业务目标具备内驱力，具备在适当压力环境下自主完成工作的能力
