About the Role

1. 负责高净值价值主张宣推的策划与实施
2. 负责高净值客户经营主题活动的规划与统筹

主要职责：

结合差异化价值主张，匹配外部资源，联动渠道业务节奏，宣推「友邦限定」的高净值影响力； (45%)融合高净值客户经营场景需求策划独具匠心的主题活动体系，形成强特色资源赋能高客经营主题活动；(35%)围绕高净值生态圈，拓展异业合作模式及资源网络，深化「客户驱动」的高净值业务经营能力；(15%)高净值业务部门其他相关支持工作；(5%)

技能、经验要求：

本科及以上学历，并具备8-10年以上的市场推广、业务拓展或项目管理经验具备扎实的线上推广/线下活动的策划与执行能力，擅于整合资源并融合业务要求规划市场宣推要点及客户经营赋能，有金融行业相关经验者优先具备杰出的演讲能力、沟通能力及人际交往能力具备良好的中英文双语书写能力，及一定的英语口语能力乐观热情、主观能动性强，认真负责完成重大项目以实现业务目标具备内驱力，具备在适当压力环境下自主完成工作的能力
