About the Role

根据公司对银保战略渠道CPG的战略，指导CPG财富中心进行转型、能力提升与大单落地，持续推动CPG Wealth Mgmt 业务的发展，提升CPG渠道的高净值产能

Roles and Responsibilities:

为CPG 代理金融部和各省行提供财富中心建设的建议在试点财富中心转型的网点进行日常带教和指导；带领Top RM并协助出单根据各省WMC项目实施进度，管理和维护与CPG的渠道关系，提升CPG渠道的高净值产能，完善CPG WMC赋能方案；与CPG WMC PM一起，总结CPG WMC项目经营，总结形成playbook，在全国进行复制

Job Requirements:

大学毕业，有 10-15 年银行的私人银行业务经验或财富管理中心经验。扎实的财富管理和保险顾问经验。有财富管理转型相关拓展和运营经验者优先。良好的中英文口语良好的沟通和人际交往能力自我激励，能够在压力下工作出色的表达能力和沟通技巧精力充沛、充满热情，致力于为业务增长做出卓越贡献
