1. Job responsibilities
(1) Responsible for the equipment, projects and personal safety, to prevent safety accidents;
(2) Urge the organization to formulate annual equipment preventive maintenance plans for peripheral equipment and facilities, and regularly review and update the contents of preventive maintenance plans to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance contents;
(3) Supervise and inspect the implementation of preventive maintenance plan of peripheral equipment and facilities, timely remind peripheral maintenance personnel of non-conformance found, and feedback to superior leaders;
(4) On standby, responsible for emergency repair of all peripheral equipment to minimize downtime;
(5) If there is a major equipment failure or it cannot be solved by itself within the specified time, it shall be reported in time;
(6) Ensure that peripheral equipment failure rate and maintenance cost meet the requirements of AOP;
(7) Responsible for the audit terms of the measurement part, and ensure that the AOP requirements are met;
(8) Ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment system and meet the discharge requirements;
(9) Ensure the normal operation of spare parts warehouse, reasonable inventory and spare parts supply;
(10) Responsible for the training of peripheral maintenance personnel in terms of equipment, responsible for the training of new equipment personnel or equipment personnel with low technical level;
(11) Participate in the completion of peripheral equipment and construction CAPEX investment projects;
(12) Implement and implement GMP, HACCP and food industry requirements in the process of equipment installation and maintenance;
(13) Implement KHMS requirements, complete improvement plan, perform risk assessment, change control, performance check;
(14) Actively complete other temporary work arrangements;
(15) Corresponding duties of KHMS shall be carried out under the guidance of the department manager
2. Personnel management responsibilities
(1) Responsible for the construction of peripheral maintenance team, stimulate and maintain the enthusiasm of maintenance personnel;
(2) Responsible for the management and attendance of peripheral maintenance personnel;
(3) Clarify the responsibilities of each subordinate, urge them to work, and provide timely guidance and correction for non-conformance;
3. Risk management responsibilities
(1) Understand the quality policy and obligations;
(2) Comply with quality risk management procedures and work guidelines;
(3) Implement risk control measures to reduce risks;
(4) Timely report accidents and product defects;
(5) Comply with EHS safety management regulations and operational requirements, including but not limited to the implementation of locking and listing, operation license management, BOS management and other requirements;
(6) Timely report found safety hazards, quasi-accidents, work-related accidents.
