Job Description
1. Key account of MH-LCC project，responsible for strategy alignment with RBU, synergy purchasing functions for plant ciritical topics or problems, cooperate with plant functions to ensure delivery, quality and cost target realization of PkP, etc.
PKP MH-LCC项目，负责采购战略与本地事业部战略的一致性，为解决工厂关键问题协调采购内部资源，与工厂职能部门合作以确保交付，质量和成本目标的实现等
2. Define localization strategy together with lead PUE, BU and plant, responsible for localization target setting and realization.
与主厂项目采购 ， 事业部 和工厂一起定义本地化策略，负责本地化目标的设定和实现。
3. Align make-or-buy strategy with RBU/plant management and ensure outsourcing project implementation.
协同“自制或购买”策略与事业部 / 工厂管理保持一致，并确保外包项目的实施。
4. Key member of SE team for PEP projects, provide supply chain solution to new product, ensure quick delivey of prototypes with target cost and quality.
作为SE 团队的主要成员，为新产品提供供应链解决方案，确保样机满足目标成本和质量的快速交付。
5. Supplier development based on QCD principle and SQM process to ensure flexible and stable supplier base for all PDCLs in PkP.
根据 QCD 原则和 SQM 流程开发供应商，以确保 PKP MCO产品 有稳定及灵活的供应链。
6. Responsible for preventive quality control and improvement of component and supplier development, provide stable quality basis for serial delivery.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or similar area, hydraulic background as a plus

2. Deep know-how of price and cost structure of hydraulic components with different material and manufacuring process, professional in cost control
