담당업무는:

구체적 프로젝트 안전보건(HSE) 매뉴얼 및 계획 수립시공사 안전보건 평가 프로세스 개발긴급 상황 대비 및 대응 계획 개발위험요소 (Hazard & risk) 및 환경 평가 절차 수립안전보건 검측 시스템 수립 및 시공사의 주간/월간 안전 보건 검측 검토 권장시공사 측 근로자 대상 현장 안전 보건 교육 자료 및 계획 개발 프로젝트기간 동안 안전 보건 점검 프로그램 개발 및 운영월간 고객사 대상 보고 자료 수치화 개발사고 보고 및 조사 프로세스 수립지속적인 모니터링근로 시간 동안 현장 상주안전 근로 수칙 적합성, 일일 안전 교육(TBT), 위험 요소 평가 검토 및 개선 사항에 대해 고객사에 조언  관련 위원회(Committee) 회의 참여 및 최선의 안전보건환경 관행에 대해 조언최소 주1회 고객사에 현장 일반 상황 보고정기 검사 실행 및 현장에서 미 준수 안전 보건 사항이 있을 시 고객사에 권고사고 조사 관련 고객사 지원 및 시정 조치 자문  표준 운영 절차 및 안전 근로 시공 계획서 개발 지원보건 안전 및 환경 측면에 대해 표준 레퍼런스 및 관련 법규에 대한 조언시공사 교육 요건 검토 및 고객사에 개선 사항 조언허가 체계, 전기 안전, 비계, 사다리, 머신 가딩(machine guarding), 리프팅 기구, 도구, 굴착기 등에 대한 정기 검사 실시 및 미 준수 사항에 대해 고객사에 조언시공사에 안전 보건 및 환경 분야 산업 모범 사례 권장

지원 자격은:

보건 안전 관리, 건설 혹은 엔지니어링 학위

환경, 직업 건강, 안전 법규에 대한 방대한 기반 지식

최소 5년 이상의 건설사업 안전 보건 준수 및 관리 시스템 유관 경력 

상호 안전 목표를 세우고, 하도급 업체 및 벤더와 성공적인 업무 경력

We are currently seeking an experienced Health Safety Environment Manager to join our Operations Team. HSE Manager provides safety leadership, ensuring compliance with local HSE standards. The HSE manager Implements HSE initiatives, improves safety performance, and ensures safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental requirements.

What this job involves (HSE scope for project monitoring and secondment services HSE processes):
