Job Summary:
The E-commerce & Internet hospital operation manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the operational strategy of pharmaceutical products on e-commerce & internet hospital platforms, committed to establishing a good ecological partnership for e-commerce platforms.
This position requires a solid foundation in pharmaceutical knowledge, e-commerce operation experience, and data analysis skills to ensure the company's pharmaceutical products perform well, increase disease awareness, patients’ education, online clinic supporting, patients service and enhance Pfizer brand in patients.
Success will be met through exceptionally close coordination and partnership within Customer innovation, Business Units, Commercial team, Medical, MI, Digital, Compliance, legal etc. and external experts in internet and technologies.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Digital Commerce Director and Business Units, understand companywide omni channel strategy, BU level brand strategies and patient engagement models, build up brand operation strategy on eco partner platform.Understand companywide patient resources, service content and management systems, fully utilize relevant patient service resources and jointly develop innovative patient engagement models with ecological partners.Develop and promote cooperation plans for pharmaceutical e-commerce platforms based on the characteristics and capabilities of different platforms to achieve business goals.Understand product characteristics, develop product operation plans, determine brand promotion goals and product sales indicators on various e-commerce platforms.Responsible for data analysis on e-commerce platforms, discovering potential patterns and trends in product sales through data mining and analysis, providing data support for operational decisions.Responsible for product listing management, content delivery and education zone, ensuring accurate product information to improve user experience.Responsible for e-commerce platform activity planning and promotion work, using various marketing methods to increase disease awareness and treatment rate.Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of various e-commerce platform activities and analyzing promotion costs, keeping costs within budget.Responsible for online channel commercial policy design and commercial channel monitoring.Responsible for online market research, collecting and analyzing platform operation data and platform marketing rules, and grasping the overall trend and development direction of the online market.Track the development trends of the pharmaceutical e-commerce industry and competitor operation, adjust operational strategies to increase market competitiveness.Establish and maintain an effective communication system, regularly report the progress of e-commerce work to superior managers and establish collaborative relationships with the business unit and other departments.Provide advice on the development and modification of sales-related policies and processes, as well as other internal policies, to achieve efficient sales operations.Support the company's various innovation initiatives and actively explore opportunities and methods for innovation.Complete other tasks assigned by superior managers.
Education and Experience:
At least 7-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, project operations, and e-commerce.3 years+ e-commerce & Internet hospital operation experience is required.3 years+ marketing consulting or pharmaceutical industry digital experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.Sharp business acumen and demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to manage multiple projects and timeframes in complex organizational structure.Able to interact, partner and provide thought leadership for key stakeholders with comfort and ease.Experience working with agencies/vendors.Strong ability to anticipate roadblocks well before they occur and take action to ensure they don’t arise.Acts decisively in complex and fast-moving environment.
