About the Role

工作内容  
1)    及时、高效的解读来自政府、监管机构及公司其他部门的各类政策文件，分析对公司、部门的影响；
2)    负责对照监管机构和公司内部管理要求，制定和完善信息科技监管相关的管理制度和操作流程；
3)    负责公司信息科技监管报表报送及相关监管报告撰写工作，统筹与监管就信息科技相关各类工作事项进行沟通；
4)    协助支持各分支机构应对、完成当地信息科技监管相关报送工作；
5)    负责组织开展信息科技监管相关的培训宣导，包括监管政策传导等；
6)    牵头组织公司根据实际情况开展信息科技监管相关的评估和自查工作，汇总形成相关评估和检查报告；
7)    负责支持信息科技监管相关工作的审计和外部检查，依据要求牵头完成相关材料的梳理和上报；
8)    完成公司安排的的其它工作事宜。

岗位要求 

1)   技能和工作经验：
•    专业知识：IT、金融、数学、统计等相关专业；
•    工作经验：8年及以上保险行业或银行业工作经验；
•    熟悉金融行业信息技术、信息科技治理相关知识体系和方法，具有分析与报告的相关经验和能力优先；
•    具有银行或保险行业信息科技风险管理经验优先，如信息科技非现场监管报送、信息科技外包管理、数据安全管理等。

2)   其他能力：
•    教育程度：本科及以上学历；
•    具备较强的逻辑思维、需求分析、数据分析和文字表达能力，熟练使用各类办公软件，能够迅速准确地分析各类数据，并从中发现问题，有编程能力者优先；
•    具备良好的人际沟通和应变能力，较强的信息整合能力、跨部门协调能力和执行力，工作细致严谨，责任心强，有良好的保密意识；
•    工作认真细致，责任心强，品行端正，抗压能力强；
•    拥有信息安全管理类资质认证（如CISSP、CISP、CISM等）或熟悉DSMM认证者优先。
