Job Description负责车辆运动学控制系统架构设计以及和动力域、底盘域、自动驾驶域的系统接口定义Responsible for vehicle motion control system architecture design and define interface with powertrain, chassis and ADAS domain.负责车辆运动学控制系统需求定义、系统集成和测试Responsible for vehicle motion control system requirement definition, system integration and test.负责车辆运动学控制策略开发，包括车辆横向、纵向、垂向运动和三者融合控制，协调能量回收，牵引力控制，车辆动态稳定性控制等模块Responsible for algorithm design of vehicle motion control, including vehicle longitudinal/lateral/ vertical fusion control, blending recuperation, traction control, vehicle dynamic control, etc.作为客户项目技术接口人，制定项目开发计划，协调内部资源，管理客户需求和工程变更.Acting as customer technical interface, define project plan, coordinate internal resources, manage customer requirement and engineering changes.Qualifications
>3年车辆稳定控制功能/牵引力控制相关的底盘控制系统、软件或标定经验
>3 years system design, SW or calibration experience for VDC and TCS.
Familiar with chassis control system design and SW development.
熟悉车辆动力学模型；
Familiar with vehicle model.
具备一定的Matlab Simulink， C++能力
Certain level capacity of Matlab Simulink, C++.
具备自动驾驶路径规划和控制相关经验优先
Familiar with automatic motion planning and controlling is preferred.
熟悉PID、MPC、LQR等一种或多种车辆控制方法；
Familiar with at least one of PID, MPC, LQR related vehicle control methods.
本科以上车辆控制领域专业
Bachelor degree or above with automotive engineering background.
熟练的英语口语和读写能力
Fluent English skill.
