YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

Coach the team MA and independently develop medical strategy and action plans for products/indications under charge Execute medical plans with high quality and come up with medical initiatives which can facilitate the brand development Ensure medical leadership in generating brand strategy and brand action plan on defined products or therapeutic area, provide strategic and valuable medical analysis in brand strategy developing. Leverage the medical expertise in defined therapeutic area to identify the opportunities in life cycle management, participate in the key projects of product life cycle management process. Lead the cross functional communications and alignments, as well as participate in global communication Beside ensuring the proper medical governance, provide the medical compliance strategic advice to business partners

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Master Degree or higher in clinical medicine or pharmacology Fluent English in literature reading, medical writing and oral communicationExcellent communication skill and interpersonal skill Strategic thinking and business insightsMarketing sense (or good understanding of pharmaceutical business)Project managementLeadership without authorizationCapability of using professional office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Budget control A minimum of 3 years clinical experiences, Or A minimum of 3 years multinational pharmaceutical industry experience in medical affairs
