This role is a project management position for the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) design, development and implementation in Seishin Manufacturing site, a pharmaceutical packaging site. This multi-year project requires coordination and collaboration with external vendors, global Lilly Teams, and key stakeholders in various governance teams and Functional SMEs. ​

In addition, this position will support the coordination and execution of improvements to process, procedure and training practices in visual inspection, primary and secondary packaging operational areas related (but not limited) to the MES scope.

Responsibilities:

ベンチマーキングのリード：サイト外のエリアとのベンチマーキングを通じて、複製の機会を活用し、ベストプラクティスを共有する

MESシステムの改善または維持：製造、品質、安全基準を向上または維持できるように、グローバルスタンダードとローカルビジネスプロセスを理解し、コンサルティングする

Basic Requirements:

• 学歴:　教育：理工学系の大学卒業以上

•経験：製造でのチームマネジメントやプロジェクト管理、または同様の経験５年以上

・ビジネスレベルの日本語および英語

• Education: University graduate in Technical/Science/Engineering degree or higher.

• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in team management or project management in manufacturing or similar work experience.

・Business level in both Japanese and Englis
