The Finance organization at Eli Lilly Japan strives to be an essential and trusted business partner, influencing decisions, providing insight, and driving productivity to achieve business results.
This role is the primary contact and financial lead for our Commercial, Medical and Hosted Capabilities teams within Japan. Activities include consolidating the financial results of the affiliate monthly, communicating with and answers questions from IBU central teams, coordinating and centralizing work and requests across the ELJ business units. The position requires a strong knowledge of finance and accounting, technical excel modelling and building presentation skills, leadership skills, and excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English. The role will be work closely with senior management, global / local cross-functional teams, the Lilly Japan FP&A team and external partners.
