Sales professionals in the Technology Business Unit are responsible for ensuring that IBM products and services are used not only to improve the efficiency of the customer's internal operations, but also as a means to enhance the customer's competitiveness. In addition to introducing products and services, they are also responsible for building company-to-company relationships by building trust with many people from management to those in charge.
Specifically, this position will approach the customer's management, business units, and system departments to correctly understand the technology the customer needs and what they want to achieve; understand IBM's value and points of differentiation; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including departments and business partners, to make proposals to the customer; and provide the customer with the best possible service. Provide solutions to customers by understanding IBM's value and differentiators Your role will be to gather information on daily changing market and technology trends, case studies from IBM in Japan and overseas, and deliver them to our customers.
