求人内容車両レベルを考慮して、EPS（電動パワーステアリング）要求仕様の分析と明確化を行う。System HILsにて、EPS機能安定性評価や定数の仮チューニングを行う。客先車両メーカー技術者と、EPS定数チューニングを実車で行う。テスト結果を、客先及び社内に報告して次のステップを合意する。テストレポートやシステムレベルリリースレポートを作成する。To clarify and analyze the requirements for EPS (Electric Power Steering) considering as the vehicle system level.To validate EPS functional stability on System HILs and conduct pre-tuning of EPS parameter.To tune EPS parameter on the vehicle with OEM engineer.To report/explain test result/root cause analysis to customer and Bosch internally.To create test and system level release report.資格車両運転スキル；最低限、日常での運転を支障無く行えること。メカトロニクス（ソフト/ハードウェアや機械部品）の基礎知識を有すること。日本語および英語にて技術論議が出来ること。（日本語：ネーティブ、英語：TOEIC 650点以上が望ましい）ステアリング装置や車両技術の知識（preferable skill）異文化等への抵抗が無いこと（preferable skill）
