求人内容車両実験 (およびアプリケーション) エンジニア業務内容
車両レベルでのEPS（電動パワーステアリング）要求仕様の分析と明確化を行う。System HILsにて、EPS機能、安定性評価やEPSの定数のチューニングを行う。実車での操舵性能実験、評価 およびEPS定数チューニングを行う。実験、評価結果のテストレポートやシステムリリースレポートを作成する
Vehicle Experimentation (and Application) Engineer
Analyze and clarify the requirements specifications for EPS (Electric Power Steering) at the vehicle level.Conduct EPS function evaluations and tuning of EPS parameter utilize System HILs (Hardware-in-the-Loop).Perform steering performance experiments and evaluations on actual vehicles, as well as tuning of EPS constants.Create test reports and system release reports based on experimental and evaluation results.資格メカトロニクス（ソフト/ハードウェアや機械部品）の基礎知識を有すること。日本語および英語にて技術論議が出来ること、日本語：ネイティブ、英語：TOEIC 650点以上が望ましい。車両技術の知識及び興味（ステアリング装置 <- preferable skill) 。試験場で運転する為のスキル 普通免許 MT (試験場走行ライセンス取得実績 <- preferable skill) 。海外拠点とのコミュニケーション経験がある方 (異文化等への抵抗が無いこと <-preferable skill）。※下記2点はポテンシャルでもOKです
計測・キャリブレーションツールの知識 (Vector CANape, ETAS INCA等）•モデルベース開発の経験 (CarSim, Simulink等)Possess basic knowledge of mechatronics (software/hardware and mechanical components).Ability to engage in technical discussions in both Japanese and English; native in Japanese, and a TOEIC score of 650 or higher in English is preferred.Knowledge and interest in vehicle technology (steering systems <- preferable skill).Skills to drive at a testing facility; a regular driver's license (MT) is preferred, along with a record of obtaining a testing facility driving license.Experience in communication with overseas locations (no resistance to different cultures is preferred).
Note: The following two points are acceptable even as potential skills:
