You’ll work closely with our Global Sales and Marketing teams, agencies, and trade partners to bring bold ideas to life, ensuring Sazerac continues to grow as a profitable and highly recognized portfolio worldwide. What You'll Do
📊 Develop & Execute Global Strategy
Leverage channel, trade, and consumer insights to shape global marketing plans.Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and brand strategy to hit volume and financial targets.🌍 Grow the Sazerac Global Portfolio
Support Marketing & Sales in creating and executing brand-building strategies.Align efforts with channel strategies and SKU prioritization across key markets.📈 Prioritize Key Markets & Growth Opportunities
Focus time and resources on high-impact regions to achieve long-term brand success.Ensure alignment on profit, volume, and KPI targets with Global Sales & Marketing.🎯 Lead Strategic Brand Planning & Execution
Take charge of planning & strategic meetings to ensure smooth execution.Maintain brand consistency across all global markets.💡 Drive Innovation & New Business Development (NBD)
Identify and launch high-value global opportunities for brand expansion.Follow structured processes to execute innovation projects successfully.📢 Collaborate with Global Teams & Agencies

✔️ Strong analytical skills to leverage insights and optimize strategy.
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with international teams.
✔️ Passion for innovation, strategic planning, and execution in a global setting.
✔ Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing preferred)
✔ 5+ years of business experience
✔ 3+ years of brand management experience
✔ 3 years of global market experience
✔ 3 years of project management or implementation experience
✔ Budgeting, planning, and financial analysis experience
✔ Willingness to travel
✔ Strong computer skills with high comfort using technology & systems
✅ MBA
✅ Experience in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry or CPG
✅ 3+ years of National Accounts / Key Account experience (on & off-premise)
✅ 1+ year of Alcoholic Beverage Industry compliance experience
✅ 1+ year experience with the three-tier distribution system
✅ 3+ years of Pricing experience
✅ 3+ years of Supply Chain experience
✅ 3+ years of New Business Development experience
