Primary Purpose:
Execute the Human Resources master plan Advises Management on organizational effectiveness and talent management, labor matters, HR policies, compensation and benefit programs while managing day to day HR operations. Implement the systems that support accomplishment of the country goals with respect to administration and development of its human resourcesMain Responsibilities:
Leads change management initiatives for country and advises leadership on organizational structure and workforce strategy. Plans, executes and keeps track of development, succession planning and training; Responsible for the local deployment of regional and local compensation and benefits programs in the country; Responsible for local deployment of the global processes and regional programs on Talent Management in the country; Responsible for the implementation and follow up of labor policy within the country; Conducts plans and service programs for all personnel and external community as well as acts as a focal point for public affairs and internal communication Coordinate staffing approval and reporting.; Coordinate the proper administration of benefits as per the company systems and labor agreements, enrolling employees and controlling operation and payment of providers in the delivery of the contracted services.; Meet with service providers to evaluate cost & quality, and identify improvement opportunities; Generate trending reports on staffing, services and benefits for Management
Education and Certifications
BA or BS in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related field.
Master in HR is Desired
Fluent in English
MS Office, MS Outlook, HR SAP
Experience
At least four years operating HR activities related to benefits, compensation, OD and staffing
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Collection and analysis of data and trendings.
Reporting and presentations.
Understanding of policies and legislation.
