Essential Responsibilities

Organization and control of industrialization projects to achieve plant targets (production volume, cost, margin, lead time, productivity, leakage)Value Analysis of the product to make strategic decisions based in ROI calculation.  (Make or Buy, Investments, specific projects)Technical Data maintenance in the ERP system (MM data, BOM, Routing), production data in the product configurator (AC1)Initiating and leading continuous improvement measures to keep the production competitiveSupport as a specialist/facilitator for internal projects and other departments

Qualifications/Requirements

Ideally University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringFamiliar with Industrial tools, processesHigh autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to workGood project management, problem resolution skillsStrong communication skillsFluent in German & English
