Your Role:

Own cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolioBe responsible for supporting Sales Account Manager (SAM) with outage planning and logisticsManage project controls for outages within assigned customer baseBe responsible for outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and resourcing labor needsCollect time sheets from vendors and suppliers; calculate and generate invoices for billing Be responsible for the distribution and collection of Customer Feedback surveys Update and maintain input in GE’s OneSteam ERP system and Outage AssistantSupport SAM as needed in customer communication, outage closeout and customer relationship deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting position)Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting roleKnowledge & experience within the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industryDomain knowledge of field services requirements and transactional steam turbine, generator, and boiler outagesStrong quality backgroundKnowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP / Oracle)- Field Services Portal (FSP) and/ or PowerMax/OneSteam

Proficient in IT systems with ability to learn and adapt to new systems quicklyGood financial knowledge and commercial / contractual experience Demonstrated communication & organizational skillsStrong interpersonal skills

The salary range for this position is 90K to 110K USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a 10% performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on include anticipated date expected to close

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
