You will be responsible for optimizing asset management data, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will analyze existing asset management data and processes in ServiceNow, identifying gaps and working with subject matter experts to improve data accuracy.
In addition, you will refine ServiceNow workflows to streamline processes, enhance communication, and integrate services, driving automation to improve operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ITS, Facility Services, Security Services, and Procurement, to implement process improvements that increase efficiency across Corporate Services.
Your role will also involve providing critical insights for long-term strategic planning, leading training initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement. Your expertise in asset management principles, process optimization, and technology integration will be key to success in this position, as well as your experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
What you need to succeed
Your education and experience
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, Management, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of experience in asset management, IT, or corporate services with a strong focus on data management and process improvements. A combination of education and experience maybe considered.
Language requirement
The Bank’s work environment is conducive to the use of both of Canada’s official languages - English and French. The position language requirement is Level 5 (Fully Functional). If a qualified candidate who meets the language requirement of the position is not found, a qualified candidate who does not meet the language requirement may be considered. Hybrid Work Model

Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $92,346 to $108,643 (job grade 16) The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers additional performance pay (3%) for those who exceed expectations. Exceptional performers who far exceed expectations may be eligible for higher performance pay.
