Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Microsoft technologies.
* Participate in all development phases, from business idea to production deployment, using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
* Create new solutions and maintain existing ones, ensuring seamless operation for customers.
* Engage in customer dialogue and participate in business discussions.
* Contribute to various projects and releases.
* Take responsibility for parts of the application landscape, including business discussions with customers.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of higher education in IT (bachelor's degree).
* Preferably 3-5 years of relevant practical experience.
* Knowledge and experience in banking and finance (loans and leasing) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency with .NET full stack and Microsoft development tools.
* Strong business understanding and a drive to develop services and business.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
* Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Bergen area.
