Fullstack Developer Opportunity in an In-house Development Environment

Employment Type: Permanent

We are looking for a fullstack developer with 3-5 years of experience who is eager to help further expand our development department.

Our IT department consists of 22 people divided between Operations and Development. We are a team that values people, works informally, and fosters open communication. Short decision-making processes enable us to move quickly on projects.

In the coming months, we plan to hire more developers and strengthen our in-house development capabilities, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

You will work with technologies such as .Net/.Net Core, MVC, MS SQL, and React, so experience in one or more of these is desirable. A genuine desire for professional growth and a passion for delivering comprehensive solutions are essential.

Responsibilities:

* Develop APIs and integrations for our clients.
* Create new products and solutions in cross-functional teams.
* Manage and further develop our self-service booking solution.
* Build solutions to streamline internal processes.
* Work on development related to CMS, CRM, BI, events, and financial systems.
* Explore new technologies and actively contribute to technical discussions within the team.
* Take ownership of solution handover to operations, incorporating security by design.
* Contribute to decisions regarding future technology choices.

Desired Qualifications:

* Broad and versatile developer experience across multiple domains.
* 3-5 years of experience as a fullstack developer.
* Knowledge of API design, REST API, JSON, XML, and GraphQL is a plus.
* Familiarity with DevOps principles, preferably using Azure DevOps as a management tool.
* Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
