Job Responsibilities:

Support and grow a homegrown application developed to protect engineering drawings utilizing Microsoft Intellectual Property software. Support 400+ users in the United States Work daily with business and IT stakeholders and application enhancements and code fixes Ensure business requirements are documented into a development specification Leverage the leading best practice in application design to support business requirements Develop and oversee project plans, resource and capacity planning, testing, deployment, and documentation processes Identify approaches for new processes and recommended improvements to automate or simplify existing processes Configure and test system processes and troubleshoot, document, and resolve system related issues Lead an active role in the design, testing, and implementation phases of a project Define business problems and translate into system solutions including analysis of alternatives
