1) Consultant should be proficient with .NET and MS SQL and have ability to do rapid prototyping of interfaces (data retrieval from DB and presentation on the screen).
2) Good knowledge about usability and sense of this (maybe demonstration of previous work). Ability to build interfaces using standard AND non-standard controls. Javascript skills is + for this.
3) Fluent mind – ability to work without strict technical. documentation – use own creativity approach.
