Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a .NET Developer. Responsibilities: * Designs and develops .NET Web applications, web services and windows application using C#.NET on Visual studio .NET 2010 and 2013, JavaScript, AJAX and is under the supervision of a senior or lead developer * Supports existing developed applications; Maintain Intranet * Design, development, and support of .NET applications * Maintain effective security aligned with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, state and federal requirements * Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to design, code and test new Windows and web software applications * Create technical specifications and test plans * Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications * Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems * Administration of Intranet; Maintain existing intranet web applications with 99.99% availability * Development of MSSQL and PL/SQL; Develop and maintain databases related tasks in support of developed .NET applications with 99.99% availability * Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement * Maintain effective security aligned with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), state and federal requirements
