My client is looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join their team! They are a finance/insurance company based in central Stockholm.

What we're looking for:

* Proven Expertise: 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development.
* Leadership Skills: Previous experience as a tech lead or lead developer.
* Cloud Mastery: Hands-on experience with Azure and DevOps.
* Frontend Knowledge (Bonus!): While not essential, frontend skills will give you an edge.
* Pragmatic Problem-Solving: A knack for prioritizing tasks and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
* Top-Notch Communication: Ability to collaborate with customers and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* SCRUM Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with SCRUM Master responsibilities is a plus.
* Tech Enthusiast: Interest or experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Microservices architecture.
* Finance Industry Knowledge: Experience in finance, especially in security, is highly desirable.
