We are looking for experienced .Net Software Developers to join our growing B2B FinTech business in Bristol!

You will be developing Broadridge's Fund Communication Solutions, a global digital platform that supports data, documents and regulatory reporting needs for the investment industry.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and extending .Net Web and Windows applications in a mature, fast-paced agile development environment creating the next generation of innovative applications and services for the funds industry.Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirementsAdhere to good design practices and ensure standards are maintained as part of code reviews to ensure secure, robust, maintainable, scalable and extendable applications.Create wireframes and deliver quality softwareAbility to assist in testing of applications, ensuring software quality and excellence of UI \ UX design is maintained to the highest standards.Work as part of an agile (scrum) multi-functional systems development team.Conduct operations support activities and trouble shooting to support the business.Working on a variety of projects and different technologies simultaneouslyWorking on all aspects of the implementation including database, back-end logic and UI

Requirements

Ability to communicate and work well with stakeholders internallyAbility to work as part of a scum team and participate in peer programming2+ years experience in C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, TSQLKnowledge of some of the following: of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, Inversion of Control and RESTful Web ServicesExperience in some of the following: MVC, WebAPI, .NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, and ASP.NET Web FormsGood standard of EnglishEligible to work in the United Kingdom

Desirable Experience:

Some of the following JavaScript libraries or frameworks: jQuery, VueJs, TypeScriptTDD, designing and writing unit testsWriting, maintaining and tuning SQL Server stored procedures.Some experience with or knowledge of UX best practicesSome experience with or knowledge of web security best practices
