This position demands expertise in software engineering practices, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced setting. **Requirements:** + **Technical Skills** : + 4+ years of experience in .NET development. + Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Web API, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server. + Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. + Experience with Microsoft development best practices and tools. + Knowledge of application security, vulnerability management, and related tools is a plus. + **Soft Skills** : + Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. + Effective time management and attention to detail. + Strong communication and collaboration skills. + Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. **Responsibilities:** + Develop, design, and maintain web applications and APIs using the .NET platform. + Collaborate with peers to create optimal solutions for technical challenges. + Enhance existing applications by rewriting or modifying code structures to improve performance and efficiency. + Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. + Test and deploy new features and updates to optimize application functionality. + Provide technical support for web, mobile, and desktop applications. + Monitor, identify, and resolve performance bottlenecks. + Create and maintain application architecture, specifications, and user interfaces. + Innovate and implement best practices for security and development methodologies. This role offers a competitive hourly rate aligned with industry standards, supported by a six-month initial contract with the potential for extension.
